Pooh Shiesty Faces Eviction from Dallas Luxury Condo Amid Legal Troubles
Lontrell Denell Williams Jr., professionally known as Pooh Shiesty, received an eviction notice citing multiple lease infractions at a high-end condominium in North Dallas. These violations reportedly occurred in the weeks prior to his arrest linked to a federal kidnapping conspiracy case.
Details of Lease Breaches at Windrose Tower
The eviction notice, addressed to both Williams and his father, Lontrell Denell Williams Sr., pertains to their residence at Windrose Tower, located in the Legacy West development. The landlord, Mano Group LLC, issued a “Final Notice of Multiple Lease Violations” following several complaints filed by the condominium’s homeowners’ association (HOA) between November 13 and December 7, 2025.
The document emphasizes that each incident represents a significant violation of the lease agreement, the attached rider, and the building’s governing regulations.
Marijuana Odor and Guest-Related Infractions
One notable breach occurred on November 13, 2025, involving a guest named Rodney Wright Kevin Dubois. After Dubois vacated Guest Suite 1, staff detected a strong marijuana smell, prompting the HOA to fumigate the suite. The remediation cost of $250 was charged to the landlord but, per lease clauses 12(C) and 21, Williams is held accountable for all fines and damages caused by his guests, making him liable for the fee.
Another incident on December 3 involved a guest linked to Williams, Tim Ademola Ademosu, who was reported to have emitted a potent marijuana odor that permeated the parking garage, lobby, and elevator. Building management intervened and asked Ademosu to leave the premises. This event was classified as a breach of lease terms prohibiting illegal activities, nuisances, smoking, and disturbances to other residents.
Unauthorized Pets and Occupancy Violations
Further complaints from the HOA highlighted issues within the unit itself. On December 5, it was reported that Williams had two dogs in the condo, despite a strict no-dog policy outlined in the lease rider unless prior written consent is obtained. This was described as a continuous and material violation of the lease.
Additionally, the HOA noted the presence of an “unauthorized adult female” residing in the unit, contravening occupancy rules that require landlord approval for additional residents.
Context of Legal Proceedings and Property Issues
These lease violations came to light shortly before federal law enforcement detained Williams in connection with a January 10, 2026 incident at a recording studio involving Gucci Mane, founder of The New 1017 label, to which Pooh Shiesty was formerly signed.
