Judge Orders Drew Sidora to Vacate Shared Georgia Home Amid Custody Dispute

Reality TV star Drew Sidora and her estranged husband Ralph Pittman have been legally separated in their living arrangements following a recent court decision. A judge mandated that the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member must move out of their joint residence in Georgia by May 31, 2026. This ruling comes amid ongoing custody negotiations concerning their children, with reports indicating that Pittman has been granted primary physical custody during the academic year.

Financial Responsibilities and Custody Arrangements Under Temporary Court Order

According to court records obtained by TMZ, the judge’s decision takes into account the current financial situations of both parties. Until Drew Sidora relocates, both she and Pittman are required to continue sharing household expenses. The temporary custody order grants them joint legal custody, while Pittman will have primary physical custody during the school year. Drew is scheduled to have visitation rights on alternating weekends starting in August.

Despite the separation, Ralph Pittman has been residing in the basement of their home but retains access to common areas necessary for parenting duties, such as preparing their children for school.

Insights from Drew Sidora at BravoCon: Navigating Divorce and Mental Health

Back in November 2025, during BravoCon, Drew opened up to BOSSIP about the complexities of cohabiting with Ralph, who was still living in the lower level of their home amid their pending divorce. She described the situation as part of an ongoing legal process and emphasized her focus on personal well-being.

“I’m just going through the process,” Drew shared. “My mental health… I’m in a better place.”

She also stressed the importance of therapy during challenging times, saying, “Get you a therapist when you’re going through heartbreak, divorce, whatever it may be. That’s what’s kept me going and able to stay healthy and work.”

“I feel better,” she added. “I feel hopeful for my future. I got my music. I’m doing a lot of things for me, and I’m choosing me.”

The couple initially filed for divorce in 2023, and the proceedings are still ongoing as they work through custody and property matters.
