JR Smith skys Dyckman Park – Streetball Tourney [Video]!

Knicks’ JR Smith raised up and threw down a ridiculous alley-oop to himself off the backboard at Dyckman Park in Washington Heights, last night! Kings’ Tyreke Evans followed that up with a nasty 360-reverse lay-up! #Brooklyn Nets MarShon Brooks and Anthony Morrow are regulars at Dyckman, Knicks’ Baron Davis was in attendance and played in a couple games earlier in the summer, and #Thunder Kevin Durant (fresh off #Olympic Gold) was in the audience! The playoff game went into double-OT, and Harlem based ‘Skull Gang’ took it (over ‘Home Base’) with Evans 30 points (in his debut)!

“He knew I had it in me,” Stoudemire told FOX 26 in Houston about Woodson.

“He called up good friend Hakeem, and Hakeem said, ‘Sure, no problem.’ ”

“He helped me a lot,” Stoudemire said of Olajuwon. “A lot of moves he has really, really translate to my game. To now develop a post game is going to be remarkable for me. It’s going to catch a lot of my opponents off guard and it’s going to be a great year for me.” – nypost
