Cano, Yankees blast open Subway series!

#BronxBombing #SubwaySeries #Cano hit consecutive two-run HR’s in the second and third inning last night, and Cano-Swisher-Jones went back-to-back-to-back in that third inning to break open the #SubwaySeries! The #Yankees beat the #Mets 9-1, and crushed Johan Santana; who just came off a miraculous (#Mets first ever) no-hitter! The most amazin’ thing is #Cano hit his out-of-the-park on first pitches (off #Santana)! The last time #Yankees went back-to-back-to-back blasts was Aug. 28, 2011, against the Orioles; when the same three hitters hit the shots in the same order.

Hiroki Kuroda pitched solid for the #Yankees, and kept the #Mets scoreless w/ one hit (+ 7K’s) through seven innings pitched! He sure improved his record to 5-6, with a 3.46 ERA!
