The NY Knicks are reported to have claimed PG Baron Davis off waivers on Friday. His former team, Cleveland Cavaliers, released him on Wednesday under the ‘new’ amnesty clause. Davis, 32, was recently diagnosed with a herniated/bulging disk and would miss 8-10 weeks. He is expected to ink the one year/$2.5 Million deal today! BD will light up NYC with ‘Melo, Stat, and Chandler in the frontcourt! Check out his twitter from this morning!
