Jay-Z and Kanye Lined Up For Jackson Tribute

Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine, has asked some of the biggest stars in music to perform. Jay-Z, Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Kayne West and a host of other huge stars have been approached to join the ‘Michael Forever’ tribute concert to take place in Wales in October. As of right now Ye reportedly is on-board. Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, and Bruno Mars have respectfully declined, citing scheduling conflicts.
