Hip-hop mogul Jay Z is to open a restaurant in London to provide work for jobless youngsters. The rapper is teaming up with England soccer ace Ashley Cole to launch the venture, which will employ school-leavers from underprivileged backgrounds The pair has also pledged to donate a portion of the eaterie’s profits to charity.
