Amar’e to Start New Fashion Line

Amar’e Stoudemire is getting into the fashion business — the Knicks’ power forward is launching a clothing line with designer Rachel Roy, sources told Page Six. The line will be a part of Roy’s contemporary label for Macy’s. It is being planned to be launched next fall of 2011. The Collection will be for women.
Stoudemire and Roy were seen last week having dinner at clubby West Village eatery the Lion. The future business partners met at an event during New York Fashion Week in September.
