How challenging is it being a women dealing with male egos in the business? Do they respect your business savvy, or do you find some that try to take advantage thinking you’ll be passive because of your gender?
Egos? What egos? LOL! I don’t think any of the people in the industry with whom I work with, whether male or female, think I am passive. When dealing with executives in any business, you are dealt with based on your reputation, intellect and personality. I may not always be loud and boisterous, but my point gets made and I am respected.
