Ciara Celebrates Her Birthday in MIAMI

After leaving NYC and hanging with pals like Kim Kardashian, Ciara headed to South Beach for Halloween weekend and to continue her Birthday Bashes.  She hosted a party at LIV in the Fontainebleau Hotel, which happens to be in my opinion the best club in SoBe right now. Ciara was looking stunning and sexy in her little admiral costume… What do you guys think?
