Former NBA Number Two Pick Goes From Potential Star To Kickboxer [Video]

Former NBA number two overall pick Darko Milicic was picked over Carmelo Anthony by the Detroit Pistons in the 2003 NBA draft. Yep… that happened.

Well after a failed tenure with the Pistons, he ended up with five teams and still couldn’t live up to a successful career only averaging 6.0 points and 4.2 rebounds per game in his career.

At 29, Milicic is now quitting basketball and entering the world of kickboxing according to NBASerbia.

Maybe we can see him in a future UFC matchup against the return of Brock Lesnar.

Check him out training below.
