Rick Ross Drops Over 100 Pounds Doing CrossFit!

Rapper Rick Ross has dropped over 100 pounds thanks to CrossFit and eating healthy. Ricky Rozay also known as ‘The Bawse’ has been making some lifestyle changes.

Back in 2011, the rapper suffered from two seizures in a six-hour period, since then he has vowed to change his poor eating habits.

He revealed that the most exercise that he has ever done was standing up counting money. However, once he was introduced to his trainer all that changed.
