Free Chris Brown: Release Date From Jail Revealed
Chris Brown has been in jail in California
After a hearing this afternoon (May 9), Brown has finally learned when he will get out of jail.
He admitted that he was the one who fought the guy on Washington D.C. after approaching him Howard Homecoming weekend, and has been sentenced to another 131 days in jail.
The judge ruled that he did violate his probation from the Rihanna case in which he sentenced him to one year, but given credit for spending 116 days in rehab and another 59 days in jail.
On top of that, Brown must also meet with a psychiatrist twice a week, and random drug tests three times a week.
According to TMZ, he could be released due to jail overcrowding, but he is still set to attend trial in Washington D.C. very soon.
Brown was facing four years maximum in prison.
