Kevin Durant Gets Emotional Speech After Recieving NBA MVP [Video]

Oklahoma City Thunder superstar forward Kevin Durant was named the 2013-14 NBA Most Valuable Player yesterday.

During the press conference  he shed a few tears and espcially was thankful to his mother who was a big inspiration in his life.

He also of course thanked his coach, his teammates, and god.

After falling to second place the last few years, Durant received 119 of the 125 first-place votes, via NBA.com. LeBron James who has four MVP’s under his belt was second place in the balloting.

It’s great to see a person show his passion and emotion for something he worked so hard for.
