Indiana Pacers Let Andrew Bynum Go Amidst Playoff Run
There were high hopes for Andrew Bynum that he would come back with a force after a lost season in Philadelphia with the 76ers.
After signing with the Cleveland Cavaliers and doing well… not much of anything, he ended up getting traded to the Chicago Bulls in the Luol Deng trade. Who then released him, where he ended up signing with the Indiana Pacers for $1 million on February 1.
He played 36 minutes, scored 23 points, and got 19 rebounds in those games.
Now, the team announced that he will miss the rest of the playoffs and be away from the team.
“We want to thank Andrew and our medical staff for trying to get the issues with his knee resolved. We wish him the best in the future.”
What team we he end up next? Let us know what you think.
