NYPD/FDNY Charity Hockey Game Turns Into All Out Brawl! [Video]

Well here’s something you don’t see everyday.

Yesterday, the NYPD and FDNY both faced each other in a charity hockey game at the home of the Islanders in Long Island.

What began as an innocent, competitive charity match became something way different when the two teams became extremely chippy.

In the midst of a 3-3 tie in the second period, a fight had broken out in the game.

What started out as one fight, became two, three, then an all out brawl between both departments.

Referees couldn’t control the situation and it resulted in a 25-minute delay which saw multiple fights from all over the ice.

Eventually the NYPD ended up winning the game 8-5, but I guess we can throw away any camaraderie between the two departments for a little while.

Check out the footage below.
