J.R. Smith Sets Two Records Last Night Against Miami Heat
J.R. Smith has certainly had an up and down season for the New York Knicks this season causing controversy off the court, and being involved in some questionable acts on the court.
Last night, against the Miami Heat, in the midst of a late hot streak, Smith decided to test his hand, doing something not even Ray Allen has been able to do.
He broke a record by making 10 3-pointers in a game. Not only that, he also broke an NBA record held by Damon Stoudamire by taking 22 3-pointers in the game (.476 average).
He ended up scoring 32 in the 102-91 loss to the Heat.
The 33-45 Knicks are now three games back in the standings with four games to play for an improbable chance at reaching the playoffs.
As for J.R. Smith?
But trust me give me that chance again I'll shoot it again!
