Brooklyn Native Captures The Beauty Of A Women’s Body In New Photo Collection [Photo]

On Thursday March 13th Brooklyn born-  Manhattan based photographer/videographer Joshua Peters held his first visual exhibit at Tribeca’s Gallery 69. The pop-up exhibit had a great turnout with both fashion designer Kenneth Cole and Hot 97’s DJ Spynfo in attendance.  The night before the exhibit’s opening Kenneth Cole tweeted this out to his followers.

Entitled the Queen Collection, the gallery consisted of variety of beautifully women shot in black and white modeling in nothing but their skin.

The gallery’s concept was created to inspire us to pride ourselves on the everyday women who exude grace and beauty and not who the media identifies as an object of beauty. It allows you to create your own appreciation of things outside of our societally trained way of thought.

Check out photos from the collection and event in the gallery above.
