Baltimore Orioles Close To BIG Free Agent Signing [Video]

The Baltimore Orioles are close to a deal with former Cleveland Indians and Colorado Rockies stand out pitcher Ulbaldo Jimenez.

Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports that the contract could be for four years and $48 million.

Jimenez held a record of 13-9 with a 3.30 ERA last season with the Indians.

The reason it took him so long to sign was partly because any team that signs him has to give up their first round pick to Cleveland. If this deal becomes official, they must give up the number 17 pick overall in June’s Major League Baseball draft.

Below are some highlights of Jimenez last season.
