RHOA: Phaedra’s Husband Apollo Begs Judge To Postpone Fraud And Identity Theft? Trial
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Apollo Nida and his wife Phedra Parks are still fighting the allegations of identity theft, bank fraud, conspiracy and more for the federal charges that he is facing.
Sources reveal that Apollo has filed a motion pleading with a federal judge to postpone his criminal charges. The extended time “will allow the parties sufficient time up to discuss a potential resolution of this case,” such as a settlement, the documents read. He is also seeking more time to go over the government’s case against him before deciding whether to proceed with trial or accept some kind of deal.
Though Parks collaborated with many of his business ventures, she has yet to be charge in the case. Still, she is supporting her husband.
