MLB Exposes Investigation Against Alex Rodriguez On 60 Minutes [Video]

While many people were watching the Golden Globes, 60 Minutes ran a piece exposing the investigation against New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez.

Owner of Biogenesis aging clinic and self proclaimed doctor Tony Bosch was interviewed and exposed not only the drug regimen that A-Rod had been using, but the type of drugs, and how he beat drug tests.

Shockingly, Bosch also said that Rodriguez used what they called “gummies,” in the locker room and on the field before and during games.

MLB commissioner Bud Selig, COO Rob Manfred, Rodriguez’s lawyer Joe Tacopina all had their chance to speak on the arbitration process and the allegations and evidence against A-Rod.

A-Rod has now been suspended 162 games plus the postseason. He will be 39 when he is eligible to come back.

You can watch the full interview which also includes past text messages between A-Rod and Bosch, Manfred’s response to spending $150,000 to purchase evidence against the Yankees superstar from a person they only knew by a code first name basis, and Selig’s view of the whole investigation below.
