He averaged 20.7 points per game and 7.3 assists per game in China for Shanghai Sharks. Although it was only in 14 games it does prove he can still play.
He does seem to regret the last few years with in the NBA, and the 30 year old wants to prove to teams he can still do it, instead of merely telling them.
If you take away the last few years, from my last year in Washington, and you think about my career, there was nothing but hard work. I was in the gym three or four times a day, working on my skills. I made a mistake, and that’s what we all do.
Arenas career hasn’t been the same after pulling out a gun on former teammate Javaris Crittenton in the Wizards locker room.
Throughout his career he is averaging 20.7 points, 5.3 assists, and 3.9 rebounds per game for the Golden State Warriors, Washington Wizards, Orlando Magic, and Memphis Grizzlies.
