Nets & Knicks In Talks To Trade For Point Guard Kyle Lowry [Updated]

The New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets are interested in making a trade for Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry.

No word on if any trade is imminent, and there is also no word on any players that would be involved in some deal, but Knicks beat writer Frank Isola, says that the two New York teams and the Golden State Warriors seem to be intrigued by adding the player

Ryan Wolstat said the leak is due to the Raptors trying to gain more interest and receive top dollar for the player.

Ian Bigsly of ESPN New York claims that Iman Shumpert may be a part of the trade talks.

According to Bleacher Report’s Howard Beck Shumpert may NOT be apart of the deal after all.

Meanwhile, Isola says Shumpert and Felton would be a part of the deal.

Yahoo! Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski says the Knicks were also interested in Denver Nuggets point guard Andre Miller.

Marc Berman of the New York Post says that “Lowry has interest in playing for the Knicks.”
