Kobe Bryant Returns From Injury To Lakers [Video]
Last night Kobe Bryant made his much anticipated debut against the Toronto Raptors after missing eight months with a torn Achilles tendon.
He didn’t make any spectacular dunks, he didn’t scored 60, and he didn’t hit the game winning shot. Sorry dreamers.
But he did play 28 minutes, as he tried to become comfortable inside an offense that has been somewhat successful without the legend on the team.
He shot 2 for 9 with nine points, four assists, and eight rebounds but did hurt the team with eight turnovers.
The Toronto Raptors closed the book on a perfect storybook beginning by not giving the Lakers a chance, led by Amir Johnson’s 32 points as they got the win 106-94.
