The list of the most valuable Major League Baseball franchise has been released, and you may not be surprised by the top 5 teams.

Bloomberg Billionaires went over Forbes numbers from the year and actually discovered that some teams are worth more than was previously reported.

One of those teams seems to be the Yankees which is making bank due to the overall success of the YES Network, which doesn’t only air Yankees games and overall broadcasting, but also carries the rights to air Brooklyn Nets games, and provide programming t0 the overall team as well.
