A source told us, “Other owners want to give Jason a part ownership of the team, and urged Jay to sell his shares to him.” – nypost

n a somewhat shocking, but positive revelation, Roc Nation Sports creator Jay-Z has decided to sell his minority stake in the Brooklyn Nets to their current (and new) coach Jason Kidd for $500K!!! Hova had no choice but to sell his stake .067 percent (1/15th of a percent) after a conflict of interest arose with the signing of Yankees’ Robinson Cano and OKC Thunder Kevin Durant to his RNS squad! MLB and NBA do not allow an entity to share part ownership in a team and be an agent to players at the same time. However, J. Kidd coaching and representing part ownership (for the same team) is not a conflict of interest. J. Kidd is about to usher in a new era in Nets basketball with D-Will, Joe Johnson, KG, and Paul Pierce on the headlines… Hello Brooklyn!
