Kanye West Develops New Program For Chicago Youth
In hopes of offering the the youth of Chicago a more positive resource to turn to; Kanye West’s nonprofit, Donda’s House, has began work on creating a new music program sponsored by the organization. The “Got Bars” program will be a 10-week music production and writing program offered to Chicago youth between the ages of 15-24. The program is not only designed to teach participants how to create original written pieces but will also help to improve students physical health and while teaching them life-lessons. The programs overseer, Che “Rhymefest” Smith stated:
“Got Bars’ will change our youth musically, get them healthy and keep them busy in a creative, peaceful environment. I know it will be an even stronger program because of our partnership with the ARK of St. Sabina.”
