n the second game of the Final Four Hoops showdowns on Saturday night, the No. 4 ranked Michigan Wolverines stapled down No. 4 ranked Syracuse Orangemen 61-56! ‘Cuse drew ire after being down 11 at halftime and eight late, and cut the game to a one point deficit 57-56 on a (NYC native) James Southerland three with 28.1 seconds left! Michigan missed five straight free-throws, and Syracuse muscled up throwing senior Brandon Triche hard into the lane! Unfortunately, Triche was called for the charge (quote above), and that ended up being the game! The Wolverines will now square off against the No. 1 ranked Louisville Cardinals in the National Championship game on Monday, April 8 9:23PM on CBS!
