With about 6 and 1/2 minutes left to go in the first half, Ware came up to block Dukes’ Tyler Thornton on a three point attempt, and fell hard on his leg! The injury was so wicked with the bone sticking out six inches out of Ware’s leg that coach Rick Pitino and the entire team almost threw up and holding back tears at first sight!
