LMFAO rapper Redfoo is ready to make a bid at the US Open?! He along with “Heroes” actor Sendhil Ramamurthy will enter the U.S. Open National Playoffs to earn a berth in the U.S. Open! Redfoo will tryout in the USTA Northern California Sectional qualifying tournament on June 18-23 in Salinas, CA. He will try out at singles, and mixed doubles with young protege 17-year old Ayaka Okuno; whom he coaches. 37-year old Stefan Gordy AKA Redfoo is a rapper, dancer, and DJ whose father, Berry Gordy founded the Motown record label. He played tennis as a junior in high school, and frequents the Grand Slam tournament events; check out Redfoo with No. 2 ranked Victoria Azarenka pic above! The winners from each sectional tournament will advance to the National playoffs, and the winner of the National playoffs will earn a wild-card spot in the U.S. Open! The mixed doubles champions will earn a wild-card into the main draw of the U.S. Open!
38-year old “Heroes” actor Sendhil Ramamurthy will try out in singles and mixed doubles June 9-15 USTA Eastern Sectional qualifying tournament at the USTA Billie Jean King Tennis Center, where the U.S. Open will be held starting in late August. Ramamurthy was once a competitive tennis player, a junior at Texas, who even considered going pro!
