Melo has fluid drained from knee, Nets rally back on lowly Bobcats

The remarkable Amare Stoudemire AKA Stat led the NY Knicks to a 87-77 victory over the Detroit Pistons last night! Melo was out with the recent knee injury, and Stat along with Raymond Felton stepped up in his place! The Knicks survived a roller-coaster fourth quarter in which they were up up by 10, down by six, and finished on a 16-0 run! Stat tied his season-high with 22 points (plus nine boards), Felton came up one point shy of his season-high with 26 points, Chandler had 11 boards, and J.R. Smith cruised in with a cool 20 points!
