Lebron Throws Down Another SICK Warmup Dunk and Then Threatens to Stop It?! [Video]

Let Lebron Dunk

“Maybe I should stop because it’s making a lot of people mad about what I do,” James said Tuesday. “They’re like, ‘Well, if you can do it in warmups, why don’t you (want to) be in the dunk contest? Stop it.’”

“I’ve been hearing about it,” James said. “But I don’t really watch TV or go on the Internet too much. As a team, it’s kind of our new thing. I’ve had some good ones, but (Chalmers) doing a 360? That’s impressive. We have a little epidemic right now. It’s kind of like the Harlem Shake.” – espn

“It’s over with. I’m getting too old,” James told FOX Sports Florida’s Chris Tomasson on Saturday, Dec. 22. “It’s a taxing season. A lot of stars play a lot of the bulk of the minutes. So they got to protect their body and understand that they got to do what’s best for them. There were times when I wanted to do it. But I came into All-Star Weekend a few times banged up and I didn’t want to risk further injury.”

In the next chapter of dunks, Lebron James threw down another sick warmup (pre-game) dunk before the Kings-Heat game last night! The Heat held on losing a double-digit in regulation, and winning in 2OT; check out Kings’ Tyreke Evans steal and missed lay-up (in 2OT)on video below! After the game, Lebron told reporters that he was going to stop his pre-game dunk ritual because everybody keeps nagging him about participating in the dunk contest from it?! Maybe Lebron was putting up the sick pre-game dunks to fish for sympathy because he started catching heat for not participating in the dunk contests way before now; he even teased fans by posting a tweet a week before the dunk contest writing, “Dunk Contest?” He has to realize on the flipside that he rubbing it in fans faces each and every game, pre-game or regulation play; especially after saying he is too old to participate back in December (quote/tweets above)?! Maybe the real issue is that Lebron throws out conflicting notions, may need a new PR guy, and should just do the damn dunk contest before he hits 40?! I leave it up to you to decide? Check out his SICK pre-game dunk below, post-game comments and more… above!
