Xbox LIVE Offering “Ultimate Game Sale”

Xbox-Live_Sale

Starting today, Feb 26th, and running until March 4th prices are getting severly slashed by 75% and  85% on over 60 “Games on Demand” titles (downloadable full retail games). Larry Hyrb, Xbox Live’s MajorNelson, posted the details via twitter. He provided a full list of all the titles that will go on sale on his blog, but to know when and for how much you’ll need to keep checking Xbox Live each day. You can also follow Larry Hryb on Twitter @MajorNelson where he’ll be announcing the specials.

Some theories suggest this could be a way to milk on demand game sales, before announcing that  Xbox 360 titles will not carry over into the next generation, however that’s all just speculation. With prices as low as $3, I think some people will be willing to eat that loss. Check out the list below, MajorNelson said this was “some” of the titles you can expect to see so there may be more.
