Blade Runner Charged w/ Murdering Girlfriend!

Pistorius Steenkemp

While Pistorius was in court on Tuesday, the funeral for his dead wife was in Port Elizabeth.

“She couldn’t go anywhere. You can run nowhere,” Prosecutor Nel said at a bail hearing. “It must have been horrific.”

“It was all part of the preplanning. Why would a burglar lock himself inside the bathroom?” Nel said.

“Was it to kill her, or was it to get her out?” defense attorney Barry Roux asked about the broken-down door. “We submit it is not even murder. There is no concession this is a murder.”

Roux said the state had provided no evidence that the couple quarreled nor offered a motive.

Nel rebutted: “The motive is ‘I want to kill.'” – nypost

The ‘infamous’ Blade Runner, Oscar Pistorius, who instantly went from Olympic inspiration to ‘dial M for Murder’ was charged with premeditated murder in court on Tuesday after evidence showed he shot four times at her, three bullets hit her, while she was hiding in the bathroom in the heat of an argument on Valentine’s Day (early morning)! Pistorius appears to have planned the murder, and use the escalating South African crime rate as a cop out; pleading that ‘an intruder’ broke in and he shot at the door to protect himself! Pistorius then used a cricket bat to break into the bathroom, and carry his wife, Reeva Steenkemp, down the stairs to get help, as she bled and died in his arms! Pistorius case looks shaky, as he is trying to say he didn’t have his prosthetic legs, and fired on the bathroom door in fear of an intruder; he said, “It filled me with horror and fear.” Pistorius later said in a sworn statement that he realized his wife, Reeva Steenkemp, was not in bed. The prosecutor Gerrie Nel charged him with premeditated murder in court today alleging that he took the time to walk seven meters (from the bed to the bathroom) to fire bullets into the door! Plus, Nel brought up the point about why would a burglar hide in the bathroom? Pistorius must return to court on Wednesday to continue the case. Check out some of the comments above!
