Kaepernick Dazzles as Niners Lift Off Over Packers!

New Kid on the Block, second-year hitman Niners’ QB Colin Kaepernick has already made a name for himself, miraculously in his first post-season Playoff game! He threw and ran for four touchdowns to lead the San Francisco 49er’s over the Green Bay Packers, 45-31 Saturday night in the NFC Divisional Playoff game! In fact, Kaepernick broke the all-time NFL record for rushing yards in a game by a quarterback with 181 yards rushing (and two TD’s), and threw for 263 yards and two touchdowns! The Niners finished with an astounding 579 total yards with 332 yards coming on the ground! Niners’ RB Frank Gore was on a tear as well and ran for 119 yards and one touchdown! Niners’ WR Michael Crabtree was also magnificent with nine catches for 119 yards and two touchdowns! Now the Niners must prepare for the NFC Championship game against either the favored Atlanta Falcons or the Seattle Seahawks!

Packers’ wide receivers: Greg Jennings (l.) and Donald Driver (r.) are expected to retire after this season. Jennings is younger, but dealt with extensive back surgery in the last two seasons.

Sadly for the Packers, WR’s Greg Jennings and Donald Driver may be retiring after this season; safety Charles Woodson and center Jeff Saturday are close to the end of their star-studded careers as well!
