Packers Dismantle Vikings in Wild-Card Rematch!

Vikings running back Adrian Peterson ran into the record books in the regular season, but just couldn’t carry the team in the Playoffs.

The Green Bay Packers contained record-breaking RB Adrian Peterson and dismantled the Minnesota Vikings, 24-10 in the NFC Wild-Card Playoff last night! The Vikings just beat the Packers 37-34 to lock into the Playoffs last week, but this time they bottled up AP and faced a back-up QB! The Packers contained the edge, so that AP couldn’t break out for big yards; AP finished with 99 yards on 22 carries! The Vikings were w/o young wonder QB Christian Ponder (who was injured last week), and had to settle with Joe Webb who was held to 180 yards, completing 11 of 30 passes with one touchdown and one pick! Packers’ ‘Discount Double-Check’ QB Aaron Rodgers finished with 274 yards, completing 22 of 33 passes with one touchdown and no picks!
