The NY Jets kept their slim playoff hopes alive with a low-scoring 7-6 win over the Arizona Cardinals at MetLife Stadium, yesterday! Jets starting QB Mark Sanchez threw three picks, and was replaced by Greg McElroy who threw the only TD pass of the game (to TE Jeff Cumberland)! Tebow was on the sideline battling an injury. On a positive note, the Jets’ D was solid and the Jets’ running game was great for the entire game! RB Shonn Greene ran for 104 yards on 24 attempts and Bilal Powell ran for 58 yards on 12 attempts! The Jets improved to 5-7, and are now two games behind the Pittsburgh Steelers (7-5) for the final wild-card spot in the AFC; the Steelers hold the tiebreaker!
