Brooklyn Struggles in South Beach, Fall to Heat!

Lebron James looks to pass the ball, while Rasheed Wallace defends him during last night’s game at American Airlines Arena in South Beach.

Four players from NCAA Men’s Basketball Hofstra arrested and suspended for robbery, Austin Trout defends his WBA super welterweight title belt with a unanimous decision over Miguel Cotto at MSG

The emerging Brooklyn Nets held a 14-point lead over the Miami Heat, and then suddenly Miami came storming back to beat the Nets, 102-89 last night! The Nets struggled to make shots in the third quarter, and just couldn’t match the Heat’s intensity. Dwyane Wade poured in a season-high 34 points, King (Lebron) James turned in 21 points, nine boards and six assists, and Ray Ray (Ray Allen) added 13 points for the Heat! The Nets had seven different players in double-digits, but only Andray Blatche reached the 20 point mark. D-Will contributed 12 assists, but shot bricks (3-11), and tons of TOs (18) quickly turned into buckets for the Heat! The Heat have now won 12 straight times over the Nets, and maintain their perfect home record. The Heat improved to (12-3), while the Nets dropped to (11-5)!
