The Miami Heat took it to the Boston Celtics, 120-107 last night! The Heat we’re presented their 2012 NBA Championship rings with a short ceremony before last night’s game! Lebron James came with game: 26 points, 10 boards, and plenty of highlight dunks (video above)! Dwyane Wade poured in 29 points, and barked at Celtics’ Rajon Rondo after receiving a late-game flagrant foul! Chris Bosh had 19 points and 10 boards, Mario Chalmers ‘Rio’ got 11 dimes, and Ray Allen SIZZLED with 19 points in his debut! For the Celtics, Rajon Rondo came close to a triple-double (20 points, 13 dimes, and seven boards), Paul Pierce scored 23 points, KG snagged 12 boards, and Leandro Barbosa (acquired from Phoenix) showed up with 16 points!

Dwight Howard looks on as Steve Nash walks by. Howard and Nash Laker’s debut was last night.

The Dallas Mavericks upset the LA Lakers, 99-91 late last night! Darren Collison (17 Points) and the Mavs (minus Dirk Nowitski) spoiled Dwight Howard and Steve Nash’s debut as Lakers! Howard was EFFECTIVE with 19 points and 10 boards, Kobe hit 22 points, Pau Gasol got 23 points and 13 boards, but Nash was NON-EXISTENT with seven points and four boards! The Mavs utilized a well-balanced attack (six players in double digits) to beat the depth-lacking Lakers! Maybe the Lakers traded away too many good (role) players to get Nash and Howard?!
