They beat #CzechRepublic Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka, 6-4, 6-4 on the Wimbledon centre court! #Serena collected two Gold medals in this #Olympics; she beat Maria Sharapova 6-0, 6-1 on Saturday for the Singles Gold medal. #Serena and #Venus won the doubles Gold in the #2000Sydney and #2008Beijing Olympics! #Serena stepped into history by becoming only the second female ever (Steffi Graf 1988) to complete the Golden Slam; winning the Olympics and the four majors. She also became only the second person (Venus 2000) to win the singles and doubles Gold in the same #Olympics! For the men, #UK Andy Murray beat #France Roger Federer (Wimbledon re-match) in the Singles Gold medal final! For Venus is it #amazing after suffering severe fatigue disorder from an autoimmune disease over a year ago! #GymnasticsGabby also tells the story about filing for bankruptcy (earlier this year) before capturing her second Gold in the individual all-around on Thursday! The fantastic four set the 4×100-meter medley relay World Record on Saturday in an impressive 3 minutes, 52.05 seconds time! #Missy, 17, won the 200-meter backstroke in World Record time (2:03.06) on Friday (1st #USA since 1972 to do so)! #Missy won four Gold and a Bronze, Allison Schmitt finished with three Golds, a Silver and a Bronze, Dana Vollmer collected two WR Golds and a Silver, and #Jersey Rebecca Soni got two WR Golds and a Silver medal!
