#AFCChampionship #LacesOut The New England Patriots outlasted the Baltimore Ravens, 23-20, and will face the Giants in the ‘Super’ Super Bowl XLVI on Feb. 5 in Indianapolis! The game was sloppy, and D(efense) dominated on both sides. The Ravens had one last chance, a simple 32-yard FG to tie the game with 15 seconds left in regulation. The holder happened to rotate the ball, but the laces weren’t out all the way.. #LacesOut! The ball sailed left, and the Patriots held on to win. The Ravens’ kicker, Billy Cundiff, really put all the blame on his shoulders, but if you watch the replay, the laces weren’t out all the way. The Ravens really repped, but came up just shy of winning. There is good news for the Ravens; 13-time Pro-bowl linebacker Ray Lewis is returning next season. Check it out!
“You know that Ray has poured his heart out, and he’s had a long career,’’ Baltimore kicker Billy Cundiff said after missing a 32-yard field goal that would have sent the game to overtime. “You don’t know how many years he has left, and to let him down is pretty tough.” – foxsports
“Is this my last time as a Raven? Absolutely not,” Lewis said. “Let me answer that question before somebody asks me. Absolutely not. It’s just too much. Life offers too much. Everytime you step on this field, it’s a true blessing.” – espn
