Jets explode late, Giants fall short!

@SportsBata ..nuff said

The NY Jets began to lift off late against the Redskins, and the NY Giants fell short with a late great rally against the Packers! Check out the full NFL Scoreboard!

The NY Jets (7-5) beat the Washington Redskins (4-8) 34-19, yesterday! The Jets were behind 13-16 with less than five minutes left in the
fourth quarter. The Jets began to explode and scored three TD’s in matter of minutes. Jets QB Mark Sanchez was starchy for most of the game, but completed the game-changing 30-yard TD pass to Santonio Holmes (pic above) to go ahead 20-16. A Jets interception, and forced TO led to the other two quick TD’s. Note: Jets RB Shonn Greene (pic above) ran for a career high three TD’s on 22 rushes for 88 yards.

The NY Giants (6-6) lost to the Green Bay Packers (12-0) 38-35, yesterday! The Packers stay undefeated! The Giants actually came back to the tie the game at 35-35 with less than a minute to play, on an unbelievable Eli TD drive and two point conversion. Packers QB Aaron Rodgers was calm and completed 24, 27, and 18 yard passes in a quick five down set to set up the game-winning 31 yard FG! The Giants excitement turned quickly to disappointment. The Giants are still in contention with the Dallas Cowboys (7-5) for tops in the NFC East Division, so don’t give up on the Giants just yet.
