Tigers even series with Yankees! Game 3 Tonight!

@SportsBata ..nuff said

The Yankees bats went silent, as the visiting Detroit Tigers took game 2 of the ALDS, 5-3, yesterday! Tigers 1B Miguel Cabrera hit a two-run HR in the first inning to (in reality) put the Tigers ahead for good! The Yankees made a late-comeback, but it wasn’t enuff. The series is now even at 1-1 after the Yankees finished game 1 (with a 9-3 victory) over the Tigers late on Saturday night! Robinson Cano hit a grand-slam in that game to help the Yankees to much needed win!

The NY Yankees travel to Detroit to take on the Tigers for game 3 8:37PM EST TBS Tonight! C.C. Sabathia (19-8, 3.00 ERA) will be pitching for the Yankees against MVP/Cy Young candidate Justin Verlander (24-5, 2.40 ERA)! C.C. and Verlander originally started game 1 of this series on Friday night (pic above), but the game was postponed (until Sat night) after only two innings (of work) due to rain! Ivan Nova continued for C.C. on Sat night, and got his first ever post-season win!
