KFC offers D. Wade a job

Kentucky Fried Chicken is buckets, and the franchise has stepped up to offer Miami Heat Dwyane Wade a job! TMZ reported a letter KFC sent to the NBA superstar on Monday. They want to make Wade an “honorary captain” in exchange for a $250K donation to the KFC’s scholarship fund. Wade worked at KFC as a teenager, and the brand would highly appreciate his promotion. This came about by mistake, as Wade was jokingly tweeting about future employment with the NBA lock-out a week ago. He tweeted, “”Any1 hiring?” before adding, “I’m available for all bar and bat mitzvahs and weddings… but my specialty is balloon animals.” Check out the letter KFC sent to Wade!

“We’ve always been proud to call you a former KFC employee and, it goes without
saying we’d love to have you back on our team dishing out the World’s Best
Chicken, like how you dish out assists on the court.”

“So let us know if you’re ready to suit
up for our squad (as you’ll remember, we’ve got some pretty cool uniforms). Our
original coach, the legendary Colonel Sanders, knew a thing or two about
buckets. And who knows, if you make a KFC-team comeback, we might just share
some of his secrets with you.” – TMZ
