Jay-Z’s ‘Decoded’ Snags Top Honors

New York based ad agency Droga5 featuring Brooklyn rapper Jay-Z won an advertisement at the Cannes Lions International Film Festival of Creativity for its Jay-Z “Decoded.

Jay-Z teamed with Microsoft’s search engine Bing to promote his autobiography, which was released in November. Droga5 created an online game that gave clues to fans, who then went out and tried to find actual pages from the book, which were placed in a variety of places outdoors, for the fans to find.
