If you wasn’t able to get a ticket to the biggest hip hop show in New York City, I hate to say it but you missed out on a lot of action. After Heavy Hitter and ThatsEnuff own Dj Enuff started up the show with a crazy ten minute set, Wiz Khalifa and Wacka Flocka(bow!) started off the show before making way for Summer Jam heavy weights Fabolous. Lloyd Banks then hit the stage with one of the best sets(in my opinion) brining out Ryan Leslie, Swizz Beatz, Juelz Santana, Fab, Jeremih, Lloyd and hip hop duo Mobb Deep. Dj’d by Hot97 own KastOne, Banks held it down from G-Unit. Why wasn’t 50 there? who knows, but I might have an idea. Chris Brown hit the stage like a superstar bring out Big Sean, Kevin McCall and Tyga for his performance.  In their usual Harlem fashion, Dipset hit the stage with five thousand other Harlem heads performing throwback joints and bringing out Vado and Olivia to perform her single ‘December’

After Funk Flex, Bobby Konders & Jabba and Mr. Cee kept the crowd jamming in between sets, Lil Wayne & Rick Ross hit the stage causing a frenzy and a few girls to pass out. Joined by Drake, Jadakiss, Birdman, Acehood, Dj Khaled and Young Money, Wayne flew through his crates of songs before brining out Rick Ross to perform ‘I’m on One’ and ‘John’. As if this wasn’t enough MMG President wrapped up the night bringing out his own team as he was joined on stage by Wale, Meek Mill and Diddy.

Shout out to the whole entire Hot97 staff who put together a great show. Beside it being the first year Summer Jam was streamed, it was also the first time in a long time it didn’t rain(thank God)
