Landry Fields leads All-Rookie first team
NY Knicks Landry Fields leads the pack for the NBA All-Rookie first team for the 2010-2011 season. Clippers Blake Griffin, Wizards John Wall, Kings DeMarcus Cousins, and Spurs Gary Neal rounded out the All-Rookie first team. Fields didn’t have big numbers (9.7 points and 6.4 boards per game), but was a big part of the rise of the Knicks, and shot a high % from three-point territory (39.3%). Rookie of the Year Blake Griffin was picked first with dominating dunks, averaged 22.5 points and 12.1 boards per game. Wall averaged 16.4 points and 8.3 assists per game. Cousins averaged 14.1 points and 8.6 boards per game. Neal only averaged 9.8 points per game, but hit a high % from three (41.9%). Check out the NBA All-Rookie Second Team selections!
