NBA Playoffs Saturday Matinee

Catch some Saturday Matinee NBA Playoff action today! We have four games on cue. The Bulls, Spurs, Thunder, and Blazers are the teams to watch today!

  • #1 Chicago Bulls at #8 Indiana Pacers 2:30PM EST TNT. The Bulls and Derrick Rose have won the first three games (lead 3-0), while losing at halftime. That is the first time that has been done since the 1996 Seattle Supersonics.
  • #3 Dallas Mavericks at #6 Portland Trailblazers 5PM EST TNT. The Dallas Mavericks controlled the first two games, but the Blazers came back with a vengeance in game 3. The Mavericks lead the series (2-1) over the Blazers.
  • #1 San Antonio Spurs at #8 Memphis Grizzlies 7:30PM EST ESPN. The Grizzlies upset the Spurs in game 1 with Spurs star Manu Ginobli out with sore elbow. The Spurs won game 2, but the game was close. The series is even at (1-1). The Grizzlies are highly talented and sorely underestimated. They were 31-15 to end the regular season.
  • #4 Oklahoma City Thunder at #5 Denver Nuggets 10PM EST ESPN. The Thunder have been dominating the Nuggets on all cylinders. Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, Kendrick Perkins, and Serge Ibaka have been huge for the Thunder. The Nuggets had the #1 offense going into the Playoffs, but the Thunder D has been shutting them down. The Thunder lead the series (2-0).
