British Soccer Club unveils Michael Jackson statue

A British soccer club, Fulham, unveiled a Michael Jackson statue, in tribute to the “King of Pop”. The Statue is located right in front of Fulham stadium of Craven Cottage, London. Mohamed Al Fayed, the chairman of the soccer club, has said that opposition will not be heard. Fayed and MJ were life-long friends. Read the excerpt, courtesy foxsports:

“Why is it bizarre?” Fayed said. “Football fans love it. If some stupid fans don’t understand and appreciate such a gift, they can go to hell.

“I don’t want them to be fans. If they don’t understand and don’t believe in things I believe in, they can go to Chelsea, they can go to anywhere else.”
