Kobe re-releases 3D Sneakers!

If you missed out on getting a pair of the Kobe Bryant “Grinch” shoes that Kobe and a few other Lakers wore during the Los Angeles Lakers Christmas Day game against the Miami Heat. Then you will have another shot at getting a pair of special edition Kobe VII shoes as Nike will outfit Bryant in 3D kicks for the NBA All Star Game, and will make them available to the public.

The shoes come with a pair of 3D glasses so that if you want to see your feet in 3D as you are walking, or Kobe’s feet in 3D during the All Star game, you will have the proper equipment to do so.

I know, it doesn’t make any sense but oh well. I guess Nike figured they had to include the glasses to go with the whole “3D” theme. I fully get the marketing ploy, trust me.

Nike will sell out of these shoes as soon as they go on sale no matter how hokey it may sound to include 3D glasses. In-fact marqueesole.com has already sold out of the shoe in pre-order sales.

Kobe 3D kicks and glasses go for $249.99 a pair.
